1.Introduction This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the rules and procedures for requesting cancellations and refunds for services and digital courses purchased from Eagle Warrior. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2.Digital Courses and Services All Eagle Warrior digital courses and services are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to course content upon successful payment. Because of this, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once access has been granted.
3.Cancellation Policy – Once a payment has been processed and access to course materials has been granted, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. – If you have not accessed the purchased course and wish to cancel, you may contact us within 24 hours of payment. Approval of such requests will be at the sole discretion of Eagle Warrior management. – Eagle Warrior reserves the right to cancel or suspend any user account found in violation of company policies, unethical activities, or fraudulent behavior.
4.Refund Policy – Refunds are not provided for any digital product, subscription, or online course after access has been issued. – In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days after verification. – Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment only. – Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email with proof of payment and transaction details.
5.Course Access Issues If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased course, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist in resolving access issues but cannot provide refunds for issues caused by user error or device incompatibility.
6.Modification or Termination of Services Eagle Warrior reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or digital course at any time without prior notice. In such cases, if a course becomes permanently unavailable before completion, a suitable alternative or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
